Backup Service Agreement and Policies
It even happens to us! From time to time, hardware fails.
In the event of PDC hardware failure, PDC and it's employees shall not be held accountable for the loss of your data.
In the event of such failure PDC will make every attempt to preserve the data. If the data is lost, PDC will, at it's own cost, visit your site to create a new backup copy to replace the lost data within 7 days of the failure.
If your hardware has also failed at the same time, or if your hardware has been reformatted since the lost backup was made, PDC will not be held accountable for your data loss.
PDC will, at it's sole discretion, refund up to 1 month of service fees in the event of data loss that occurs on PDC owned hardware.
