Managed Offsite Backups
Using our managed service removes the burden from you or your staff and creates the peace of mind that comes from knowing your data has been properly archived and verified. With our managed service, there is no need to spend your valuable time on a task that does not directly contribute to your bottom line.
Our offsite managed backup service stores an encrypted copy of your complete hard drive on our equipment in our office. All of your data and programs are included. Your backup system is checked for proper function regularly and your data is verified monthly. A copy of the data is also stored on your PC so that you actually have backups in multiple locations.
Recovery is quick and easy - whether it's just one file or your entire system. Single files can be recovered from the local copy or the offsite copy in minutes and a complete system can be recovered in about an hour. Recovery to new hardware can be done in as little as 2 hours. Backups are kept for 3 months, allowing you to recover files that have been lost for a while.
Small Business and Power User Package
Our technician visits your location once per month to inspect the system and duplicate the backups for offsite storage. Incremental backups are made once per week on your local PC.
